Butterscotch

Butterscotch is a beautiful dark red golden retriever. She is out of our Bubbles and Doc. Bubbles is out of all of our best pedigrees, all coming together with Amos being her sire, and then you also have Doc coming in with all that he brings to Butterscotch as well. Butterscotch is a very sweet, loving golden with a great temperament. She loves to play and run around in the acre area they all have to roam in. She does well with the other dogs! She is also a great people lover.

The first thing I would like to mention about Butterscotch is her size. She has a beautifully put-together build that is slightly shorter and slimmer than the other goldens. However, she does not differ very much from the other dogs negatively in this respect. It is awesome to have goldens that are either a little larger or a little smaller than average to fit people's different preferences and wishes for their dogs.

Butters is a dog that really loves her toys! She is always so happy and excited to play with the kids. Her favorite toy is one that is shaped like a duck, as she has had it since she was a puppy! She really enjoys her orange bumper, too. Her excitement and fun-loving nature never fails to bring a smile to your face!

Something very important to note about Butters is that she is so good at remaining calm, especially around other dogs. She does not bother her dog friends with playing unless they initiate it. She is quite an independent, relaxed dog, but she still gets super excited and energetic during playtime! Her kind nature is really a great feature!

As you can see from her photos, she has an excellent coat of gorgeous dark red. The combination of Maverick and Butterscotch should present some adorable puppies with fantastic color and all-around impressive temperament and health. We are so excited to see how things go for Butterscotch and her first litter of puppies.
