Things to Consider
Golden retrievers live on an average of 10 to 12 years of age and generally have good health! Most will enjoy a long, happy life. Exercise and tender loving care are also things to consider for them. They like to be groomed often and will accept any attention you give them, especially petting. Most love the water to play in and love to go swimming. But most of all, their biggest joy is in retrieving anything that you will throw for them.
Although puppies are very cute, you need to consider these items before you decide to purchase your golden. Please consider them very seriously:
A golden puppy becomes approximately a 12-year commitment
Patience and Commitment to training
