Hunter’s Goldstrike

From when Georgie was a part of our Breeding Program:

“Georgie Girl is out of female that came from Broken Sky Kennel in Nebraska, and her sire is our Ruger. Roxie is her dam's name. She has had a couple of litters for us. Her 2022 litter was with Stetson, and they were some exceptional puppies.

Georgie is a very sweet, gentle girl.  She loves to be petted and will hang out with me. She is a nice dark red golden in coloring with a beautiful wavy coat. She has this lighter collar for a mane, which makes her unique. She is not a real big female.  She is definitely the size of the field line goldens. We have not hunted her, but her Grand Sire Amos has proven himself many times in the field, has accomplished his 500 points, and is ranked 6th in the top ten current producing sires for Golden Retrievers in the HRC magazine.

Georgie has cleared with excellent hips on her preliminary. We were going to do the final hips and elbows, but COVID got in our way.  

We have done extensive DNA testing on her. She is a carrier of ichthyosis, but with all our males cleared of this, no puppies will have it. As long as one parent is clear, the pups cannot be affected.“
